I want to invite you to explore a peaceful practice of the ancient Japanese tradition called Reiki. During a Reiki session, the practitioner uses their hands to channel energy into the recipient's body. The recipient typically lies down or sits comfortably while the practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's body. The energy is believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes. The session is typically quiet and peaceful, with soft music playing in the background.

What happens in a Reiki session

Reiki sessions are done at a distance through a video call or in person.

We do a short meditation to relax and proceed with the session, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Energy cleansing will also be performed.

At the end, we ground ourselves with herbal tea and a light snack. We discuss your experience.
