Why Reiki?

Reiki is a sacred ancient Japanese practice that can benefit us in many ways: it can help reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being. By practicing Reiki regularly, one can develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and spiritual connection.

We all need and crave something distinctive to who we are, based on our personality, the people around us and our environment. We all have specific things that are our fire starters, that ignite the spark in our eyes and make us feel our best. I want to invite you to focus on what brings you joy, to embrace what makes you *you* and to explore creative transformation with me.
